- Take 6 of Boiled potato.
- You need 2 of Tomato.
- Use 1 of Green chilli.
- Get 1/2 inch of Ginger.

- Take 1/4 tbspn of Cumin seed.
- Use 1/2 pinch of Asafoetida.

- You need 1/4 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- Use 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

- Take 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
- Provide 1tbsp of Dry fenugreek leaves.
- Use as per taste of Salt.
Steps to make Dum Aloo:
- Take a medium sized boiled potatoes, peel them, prickes these so that they absorb species well..
- Add spies such as Turmeric powder, red cilli powder, salt. Mix all.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add the potatoes. Fry well untill it is brown from all sides, take out.
- Add oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, crush and dry fengreek leaves slightly roast them..
- Add tomato cashew paste mix all. Stir snd roast the masala till it is grainy snd till oil srparated..
- Add water in it. Add garam masala,salt mix well then add potayoes stir them.
- Civer and cook it on low flame for 4-5 min. Now ready to serve..
